Acceptance of Terms
By installing and using TweetBlink ("the Extension", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Extension.
Beta Status
TweetBlink is currently in BETA status. This means:
- •The Extension is under active development and may contain bugs or incomplete features
- •Features and functionality may change without notice
- •The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- •We may discontinue or modify the Service at any time
License and Usage Rights
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use TweetBlink for personal or commercial purposes.
You may NOT:
- •Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Extension
- •Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
- •Use the Extension for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- •Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Extension's functionality
API Keys and Third-Party Services
To use TweetBlink, you must provide your own API keys from supported AI providers (Claude, OpenAI, Gemini). You are responsible for:
- •Obtaining and maintaining valid API keys from the respective providers
- •Complying with each provider's terms of service and usage policies
- •All costs associated with API usage and charges from these providers
- •Keeping your API keys secure and confidential
We are not responsible for any issues, charges, or service interruptions from third-party AI providers.
Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- •All content generated using TweetBlink and posted to X/Twitter or any other platform
- •Reviewing and editing AI-generated content before posting
- •Ensuring your content complies with X/Twitter's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
- •Ensuring your content does not violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
TweetBlink is a tool to assist content creation. We do not endorse, monitor, or take responsibility for any content generated or posted using the Extension.
X/Twitter Compliance
When using TweetBlink with X/Twitter, you must:
- •Comply with all X/Twitter Terms of Service, Developer Agreement, and policies
- •Not use the Extension for spam, manipulation, or abusive behavior
- •Respect rate limits and usage guidelines set by X/Twitter
TweetBlink is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp or Twitter, Inc.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- •Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
- •That the Extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- •That the results obtained from using the Extension will be accurate or reliable
- •That any errors or defects will be corrected
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- •Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- •Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
- •Service interruption or errors in the Extension
- •Content generated by AI or posted using the Extension
- •Costs incurred from third-party AI provider API usage
- •Suspension or termination of your X/Twitter account
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TweetBlink and its creators from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Extension, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Updates and Modifications
We reserve the right to:
- •Modify, update, or discontinue the Extension at any time without notice
- •Update these Terms of Use at any time
- •Refuse service or terminate access to any user at our discretion
Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Termination
You may stop using TweetBlink at any time by uninstalling the Extension. Upon uninstallation, all locally stored data (including API keys) will be removed from your browser. These Terms will survive termination with respect to your prior use of the Extension.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Extension shall be resolved through good faith negotiation.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TweetBlink regarding the use of the Extension and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
